PSO’s latest project, ’Upper House’, on Smith Street in the heart of St Peter Port, has a rich history dating back to 1883. This attractive building recently homed the Guernsey Post Office. The project will comprise of open-concept work areas, stylish meeting rooms and breakout space. Every aspect will be carefully curated to provide 6,306sq ft of contemporary refurbished office space for businesses to thrive. It will also house a new artisan restaurant on the ground floor. Upper House will be available from summer 2024.
