Forum 4
Forum 4 was acquired by Polygon in early 2015 and is home to a range of tech and financial service providers.
The property is a prominent Grade A office building in central St Helier originally built in the mid 1980s and was fully refurbished by JPMorgan in 2012. Polygon Property Management manages all aspects of the building’s management, maintenance and day-to-day tenant liaison.
Tenant’s currently include Digital Jersey, Citco, HLB Jackson Fox and Perdurance Asset Management.
Located on the first floor of Forum 4, the Digital Jersey offices are available for tech start up companies with scalable ambition with particular focus in fintech, regtech and medtech sectors.
