About Us

Polygon Serviced Offices (formerly Vantage Innovation) began offering serviced offices in 2013 in Jersey when we looked to address the demand for flexible, good value for money office accommodation.

The story has evolved since then and we now offer over 22,850sq ft of flexible and stylish accommodation across 3 locations in both Jersey and Guernsey. We are home to over 60 businesses working in a wide variety of sectors all with a diverse range of objectives. We plan to grow this story further in Jersey where we see a clear opportunity for the model to progress.

Our offering now includes pan island and multi-location facilities for our clients and promotes introductions and business growth via positive social collisions.

Office Space Jersey

Forum 3

The Digital Jersey hub is located on the ground floor of F3. The Hub was designed to create a contemporary, dynamic, space for tech professionals and to meet, work in and collaborate. This space has been constructed in order to work towards building Jersey’s digital ecosystem.

Cumulus One is a fully serviced office covering 3,700 square feet, available to businesses with up to 15 members of staff. Ideal for start-ups, small businesses, family offices or subsidiaries of larger organisations. The office accommodation comprises nine individual offices, a meeting room, break out areas and shared kitchen facilities.

Stratus Two is a fully serviced office covering 3,700 square feet, available to businesses with up to 15 members of staff. Ideal for start-ups, small businesses, family offices or subsidiaries of larger organisations. The office accommodation comprises seven nine individual offices, a board room, break out areas and shared kitchen facilities. This floor is also home to Polygon Serviced Offices which ensures we are close at hand for all enquiries at both Forum 3 and 4.

Cirrus Three is a fully serviced office covering 3,700 square feet, available to businesses with up to 15 members of staff. Ideal for start-ups, small businesses, family offices or subsidiaries of larger organisations. Calligo is an international cloud service provider and is located on the fourth floor of F3 – the refurbishment of which was completed in 2015. The office space of Calligo was a bespoke development designed to align with their core business strategy

Forum 4

Forum 4 was acquired by Polygon in early 2015 and is home to a range of tech and financial service providers.

The property is a prominent Grade A office building in central St Helier originally built in the mid 1980s and was fully refurbished by JPMorgan in 2012. Polygon Property Management manages all aspects of the building’s management, maintenance and day-to-day tenant liaison.

Tenant’s currently include Digital Jersey, Citco, HLB Jackson Fox and Perdurance Asset Management.

The Digital Jersey Skills Academy opened in 2019 and offers degree level courses in Digital Leadership focusing on technology and creativity. A range of full and part time courses are available as well as the chance to work closely with industry and on live commercial projects.

Located on the first floor of Forum 4, the Digital Jersey offices are available for tech start up companies with scalable ambition with particular focus in fintech, regtech and medtech sectors. Developed and operated by Polygon Serviced Offices, prospective tenants must apply for space through Digital Jersey.

5 Anley Street

5 Anley Street was purchased by Polygon Properties in 2016 and benefitted from a full Cat A and Cat B refurbishment in 2018. It is now home to currency dealer AFEX Offshore, treasury services provider JCAP as well as IFA Brooks Macdonald

Office Space Guernsey

Les Vardes House

Les Vardes House was developed by Polygon Properties in 2020 and offers space totalling 4,660 sq.ft on the outskirts of St Peter Port.

It is home to serviced offices on the ground and first floors. Space is available for start-ups and established businesses up to 20 staff and has been finished in a modern and stylish way.

Bucktrout House

Bucktrout House is due to be completed in Spring 2021 and will be developed into serviced offices for up to 12 small businesses. The finishes will be in-keeping with this beautiful and listed building which is located right in the heart of the financial district of St Peter Port.
