Alex Belcher
Alex’s background was initially in the wine industry where he worked for a family-owned merchant buying and selling wine and spirits to hotels and restaurants. Alex was responsible for managing the development of Forum 3 and 4 in Jersey – projects of which he is particularly proud. He advises the Polygon Group board on its range of property and tech investments – a role that he has filled for several years. He also sits on the board of Booking Tek – a software company developing products in the hotel and restaurant sectors.
Alex is a keen cyclist and also loves skiing and water sports. He has represented Guernsey at the Island Games for swimming on two occasions.

Marcus Perello
Marcus initially got into the property management sector when he joined JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2001 as their Senior Facilities Assistant. In 2008 he became the building manager and looked after all aspects of the buildings in both Jersey and Guernsey. Marcus acted as the main contact in Jersey for JP Morgan when there was a multi-million-pound refit in 2012. Marcus left the firm to work for Polygon Serviced Offices in June 2015 where he is Properties Manager responsible for three buildings in Jersey and two in Guernsey.
Marcus is very sociable and is usually the first smiling face to appear at the Forum properties in Jersey. Marcus was married in Mexico in 2015 and also has grown up twin daughters.

Kim Breen
Kim was born & educated in Jersey and has two grown up children, whom she is very proud of. Many of Kim’s years have been spent working within the facilities area of the finance industry.
Kim joined Polygon Serviced Offices in August 2018, taking on a part-time receptionist role, to assist the Polygon Management team.
In her spare time she enjoys catching up with family, socialising with friends, walking and relaxing with a good book.

Garry McIlreavy
A native Scot, Garry moved to Jersey in 1988. Following a couple of years in retail, Garry moved to the construction industry working on both small and large developments with Parkinson Construction.
In 2008 Garry joined G4S where he was responsible for a variety of duties including store security, front of house and private events.
Garry joined Polygon Serviced Offices in 2020 in a support role for our tenants as well as taking on reception and facilities responsibilities.
